Loreyne at State Farm went above and beyond for me! I had just purchased renters insurance a couple of days ago, but because the policy was so new, the declarations page wasn't available yet. My property manager wouldn't accept the other proof of insurance that State Farm had already provided, which made an already stressful move even more frustrating.

Lorraine personally called the property manager, explained State Farm's process, and confirmed that I was fully insured and that the declarations page would be available in a few days. Thanks to her professionalism and willingness to advocate for me, the property manager updated their records and cleared me to move in.
