"It’s so rare to call an insurance company and get treated like a real person but Lenny proves that it is absolutely possible! I was dreading dealing with another adulting task and thought I might die a natural death if I had to call and make a policy change (millennials hate phone calls) but honestly Lenny helped me quickly and turned my day around with his charm. He added a car to my policy same day and billing went smoothly. Can’t thank him enough! It’s that personal touch that explains why I’ve been a loyal State Farm customer since I started driving in 2001. BEST prices. "I was switched to Jenn Rossmiller after our previous State Farm agency closed and retired. I have been very pleased with the level of service and the knowledge I have experienced. First one I met with was one of the managers, Joe Larosa. He was such a pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable. Offered complete review of the various policies I have and suggestions on how to save some money. Two other agents that have been extremely helpful with our FEMA flood Insurance policy; Heidi Decker and Trisha Levine. They have both provided the needed guidance in helping me to lower the costs.
